Legendary book shop Claire de Rouen opened above a sex shop in Soho, London, in 2005 with a party for Bruce Weber, and has been a major destination ever since. Presenting an ongoing curation of books, prints and ephemera that define the current interplay between art, fashion and photography, Claire de Rouen is directed by Lucy Kumara Moore and Lilly Markaki.

Since 2018, the shop has been online only, with occasional events, momentary projects and parties in international and unexpected locations including Downtown LA, a Parisian apartment and London Fields. For a physical experience, visit MACHINE-A or LN-CC in London, where the books are curated by us.

Not all our stock is online. Email info@clairederouenbooks.com if you can't find what you are looking for, or you want to join our mailing list.
