Claire de Rouen is committed to continuing to ship to our friends in Europe after Brexit. The revocation of the freedom of movement of goods, however, has complicated this process and can mean delays in transit times and also, in some cases, customs charges.
To avoid disappointment, we would like to share our new ‘Shipping to Europe’ terms below:
- All Claire de Rouen parcels to Europe are now shipped as tracked.
- The tracking number and shipping carrier of your parcel will be included in our notification of shipment to you and it is then your responsibility to follow the status of your parcel and pay any customs duties, if applicable.
- If you fail to claim or actively decide to refuse your parcel, we will refund the cost of the product(s) you have purchase upon their return to us. But sadly, as a small business, we are not able to refund your shipping costs if you parcel has been unclaimed or you have decided not to pay customs fees.
