Created by BlackMass Publishing, No More Important Time Than The Present is prompted by Timothy Yanick Hunter's ideas on African spirit and sensibility, acts of persistence, and black cultural memory. The work references the artist's film practice, with each page functioning as a frame and/or a reference.
Each pamphlet is a coloured card folder, with textual passages enclosed in the left and right sleeves. Four colour options available.
