A first-edition exhibition catalogue for a retrospective of British photographer Bill Brandt's work. This was the opening exhibition of the R. P. S. National Centre of Photography, held between 15th April and 4th July 1981. With an introduction to Brandt's life and art from David Mellor, this work is illustrated throughout with Brandt's photographs, with examples of his famous landscapes, portraits and nudes.
