A poster made in the late 70s to celebrate for Brian Griffin's first publication, Copyright 1978. The image is the book's cover, and these posters are incredibly rare, especially when they are in mint condition, as our copies are.
Copyright 1978 is the first book by cult British photographer Brian Griffin, self-published to little fanfare in 1978. Almost 40 years later and it's one of the most important British photo books of the late 20th century. In Copyright 1978, Griffin depicts men in power at the dawn of Thatcherism. Inspired by Renaissance religious painting and German expressionist cinema, they articulate the emotions of power in a totally unique visual language.
